How does B2BDirect.ca work and what is it all about?
B2BDirect.ca is North America's free computer and technology trading platform - we help connect you with buyers and sellers so you can move your stock quicker and easier!

After joining, why is it important to fill in my Company Profile?
Without a complete company profile, you will not be listed in the "Members Directory" - if you do not have a company name you can use your personal name!

What does the blue broadcast icon do?
Everytime you send a broadcast it is saved in your account for easy re-broadcasting.
Just click the icon and it will be automatically sent out without you having to fill out the broadcast form again!

Can I send a broadcast from my e-mail program like Outlook or MAC Mail?
YES! Simply send your message to broadcast@b2bdirect.ca - please make sure to include the type of your listing (either WTS or WTB) in the SUBJECT, or our system will not be able to send your message to the proper members.
Remember to send the message from the e-mail address you signed up with!
E-mails received from accounts that are not in our member database are instantly deleted.

I sent a broadcast through my mail program
- but I received a type warning,
what does it mean?
When you send a message through your mail client, our intelligent mail processor (or IMP for short!) reads your message and tries to determine what type of listing it is so that it can be added to the broadcast queue. If you forget to add WTS -or- WTB to the subject line our system won't know what you're trying to send and will send you a type warning. For more information - see our keyword list page here

I sent a broadcast through my mail program
- but I received a misclassification warning,
what does it mean?
Similar to the type warning, when we receive a broadcast from your mail client our intelligent mail processor scans the body of your message and tries to determine keywords so that it can categorize your message properly. If it can't determine what you are sending it will categorize your message as "Other"
